I’m joining forces with violinist and conductor Leah Bartell and cellist Jane Sheena to offer a Summer Online Intensive for Suzuki Violin, Viola, and Cello students of all ages and levels. Students will meet with teachers and assistants via zoom each day to play their instruments and work together. Each day will have a different schedule, with approximately 1-2 hours of online time. Practicing will take place between online sessions. The cost per student is $200 per session.
Week 1: June 22 – June 26
Week 2: June 29 – July 3
Registration Deadline: Thursday June 18 2020
Registration limited to 24 students.
Students will:
- Meet all together every morning for a 30-minute yoga class
- Take two 30-minute private lessons
- Take one masterclass on Friday
- Make an independent musical project with a small group of students with the Acapella app
- Hear a guest performance with Q&A on Thursday afternoon (guests to be announced)
- Present their projects on Friday afternoon
